# AI Proof Generation

AI Proof Generation reads a page on the WordPress site, looks for proof already on that page, and drafts a proof tree. You look it over, edit anything you want, save, and assign where it shows.

The plugin still works if you never use AI.

## What it looks for

It looks for proof that is already on the page you pick. Pick a page that has the proof you want in the popups.

Examples:

- If the home page has certifications and testimonials, it can pull those.
- If the About page has years in business or awards, you can pick that.
- If a service page has reviews for that job, it can use those.

You can pick one or more pages, or leave it blank to use the home page.

## How to run it

1. Paste your token in WP Proof → **Settings**. Create the token on the Tokens page in the members area. See [Install WP Proof](/docs/install).
2. Click **Create Proof Tree**, then **AI Proof Generation**.
3. Pick the page or pages, then click **Generate**.
4. Edit the drafted proof elements, save the tree, and choose [where it shows](/docs/where-popups-show).

## After AI drafts a tree

After that, treat it like any other tree. You can mix types on different lines, choose [where it shows](/docs/where-popups-show), and add a [page view tracker](/docs/page-view-trackers) if you want a “how many people requested a quote” popup.
